Please provide your WhatsApp / WeChat / Email when making the deposit. Once the deposit is received, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the wedding details and coordination plan. A formal invoice will be issued to you.
If there are any unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to adjust the schedule as needed.
The deposit is refundable within 7 days (cooling-off period). After this period, the deposit is non-refundable to ensure mutual commitment and resource allocation.

若遇特殊情況，我們將與您協調調整安排。
訂金支付後享有 7天冷靜期，在此期間可退款。冷靜期過後，訂金 不可退還，以確保雙方的權益及資源安排。
